REALTOR® • DRE #: 1960333You will find that this real estate adventure isn't predictable. You will find that things will come up that are tough or unexpected or unpleasant. It may not be seamless or painless, but my goal is to help you through each one of these steps, so you can relax and know that your home, your investment and your family are in good hands. You are going to have a lot of questions, and it's my job to help you find the answers. You are going to get frustrated at times, and it's my duty to listen and help find resolutions. There may be surprises and delays, and I am here to make this as smooth a transaction as it can be. We can't predict exactly how this is going to to go, but you can be sure that I'll be there advocating for you every step of the way.
I work with people looking to buy or sell a home or commercial/investment property. My primary business focus is two-fold. I help sellers get their homes ready to sell so they can reap the best return on their investment, and I help buyers prepare and strategize on how to be the winning bidder in our fast-paced, very competitive real estate market here in the East Bay. I know how to make your home attract the maximum number of buyers while staying within budget. Property preparation and marketing are key strategies in getting buyers to the table and producing great offers that keep my seller-clients happy. I actively network within the local real estate community, establishing relationships with other agents that allow me to get the inside scoop on off-market properties so that my buyer-clients get the jump on new properties. I understand and employ a number of different strategies to get my clients into properties.
My services include:
- Helping you to prepare your home for the market by referring trusted experts in everything from interior design to landscaping.
- Preparing new buyers for what to look for and expect, explaining reports, disclosures, finance options, open house meeting and greeting protocols.
- Assisting buyers & sellers of income investment property including 1031 Exchange.
- Providing buyers with referrals to local reputable mortgage lenders who provide financing for residential, residential income and investment properties.
With all the technical details to manage, I find the most rewarding part of my career is developing meaningful relationships with my clients; helping them manage not just the paperwork involved in a sale, but the personal part as well.
On a more personal note, I am a native Californian, having lived in the East Bay for more than 20 years. Prior to being a Realtor, I managed a high-end piano retailer, training sales teams and developing and implementing regional marketing strategies. I also studied the fine art of French cooking, and have taught many specialty cooking classes, including many based on the culinary courses I took in Spain, Switzerland, Hungary, Italy and Greece.
I am eager to speak with you to hear how I can help you reach your real estate goals.
